Class Overview
Background: Scientific research shows that a regular mindfulness practice can help improve emotional regulation and lower stress. This is true for both children and adults. By participating in Mindfulness Basic, SFCC parents will learn mindfulness tools to use for themselves and with their children, while gain exposure to this burgeoning field
